Our group is made up of 65 Tassie Whisky and Spirit Distillers, which is why the Tasmanian Whisky and Spirits Trail should be a bucket-list item for every tourist and enthusiast.

Tours of our distilleries provide exclusive access to the distilling process, insight into premium whiskies, and the opportunity to explore highland peat bog flavours combined with pristine spring waters, creating incredible depth of flavour for some of the tastiest single malts you'll ever try.

Lawrenny Estate Distillery

Lawrenny Estate is a 400 acre property located in Tasmania’s Central Highlands, just over an hour’s picturesque drive through the Derwent Valley, northwest of Hobart. Lawrenny Estate Distilling has been established as one of only a very few ‘paddock to bottle’ Estate single malt whiskies in the world. The barley grains are grown and harvested from the Lawrenny fields then mashed, fermented and distilled using the pure waters that flow metres from the distillery doors.
