Tas Saff | Saffron

Tas-Saff Growers Own Saffron Gin is produced using the finest premium handpicked and processed saffron from our farm located in the pristine Huon Valley of Tasmania.

Our farmgate is open most week days all year round, except public holidays. We offer saffron tea, saffron gin and vodka, and saffron honeycomb tastings.

On the weekend, Saturday we are Salamanca Market. On Sunday we are closed.

We are a working farm, and quite often up in the saffron paddock, so where possible, please contact us prior to your visit to make a booking.

Me and my partner were gifted a couple jars of saffron salt and we absolutely LOVE it. We're hooked, it goes great on poached eggs, sandwiches, fish, just about anything you want a bit of fragrance added to. Thank you!!!

Was an interesting road trip to the place; definitely lookup the trip; Waze sent us on a journey. We arrived but it was closed. Best to call before hand.

Their saffron is simply the best. Amazing product with outstanding customer service. I can't recommend them enough!
