An innovative and playful spirits producer, 7K Distillery has flavour as our focus. 7K Distillery's mission is to bring people together with spirited experiences and unique Tasmanian craft. We offer a variety of spirits, focussing on gins, but we've branched out to include vodka, liqueurs and our single malt small batch whisky.

Our 1,100L copper pot still was hand-built by Tyler Clark and first put to use in shipping containers at the back of Nan's house in Brighton.

The best gins I've ever had. Each gin was so good in its own right and very different from the others. I find in general gins are a mixer for me, but these were so smooth with no harshness, I could enjoy each one neat all day. An absolute must for any spirits lover!!

Also, their precious dog, Boss, is the best greeter ever!
