Hobart Whisky

Established in 2014, Hobart Whisky is a family-owned distillery in Tasmania. Despite being among the first ten Tasmanian distilleries, we operated discreetly, focusing on crafting exceptional whisky.

Our philosophy revolves around creating whisky we love and want to share. Each expression is unique, crafted with Tasmanian malted barley, fermented with style, distilled with grace, and aged in hand-selected oak casks. We prioritise the individual experience, hand-bottling and labelling each release with its own identifying bottle number.
