Show your love for Tasmania with this delicious summer cocktail featuring two 7K gins!
Ingredients:
45ml pineapple juice
45ml 7K Tasmanian Modern Gin
30ml lime juice
30ml orange liqueur
20ml raspberry gin
Mint leaves for garnish
Slice of pineapple for garnish
Method:
Add pineapple juice, Tasmanian Modern Gin (but not the Raspberry Gin yet!), lime juice and orange liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Give it a good shake and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice.
Pour the Tasmanian Raspberry Gin over the top of the cocktail. Garnish with some mint leaves and a thin slice of pineapple. Sit back, sip, and enjoy your sling!
