Furneaux taking the gold at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards

At this year’s Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, Furneaux Distillery took home two gold medals.

Tom Ambroz from Furneaux Distillery commented "The judging panel agreed that both the Smoky Wedding ex Bourbon and Smoky Wedding Distiller’s Cut were damn tasty drams.

Our other entries for our Sawyers Bay Double Oak, and our Untamed Gin also picked up a silver medal making us very proud of our range of maritime spirits.
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the passion and dedication of our team, and of course, the support of our wonderful community. We’re incredibly proud of these spirits, which showcase our commitment to producing delicious, salty, smoky maritime drams.

Thanks so much to the Melbourne Royal and Australian Distilled Spirits Awards teams for this special honour, and thanks to all the passionate, hardworking distillers, craft spirits workers and mostly our customers who keep this industry vibrant and alive!"
