I would prefer to review without needing to put stars but Google doesn't do that. I had lunch at WTD back in 2023 and it was fabulous. We were excited to be back in Westbury in January 2025 and looked forward to a repeat experience. Sadly, WTD "simplified the menu" a few months prior. We were really disappointed. The menu choice is now pizza or grazing board.
Locals seemed to be enjoying lunchtime pizzas and drink tasters were enjoying their time there but as a restaurant diner, I was sad.

Great staff member who walked me through a gin flight - presentation of gins and dried fruits and chocolates was first class!

Enjoyed so much that we walked away with 2 bottles..

I did the $30 tasting which I recommend is well worth it. Each tasting came with a matching chocolate and I received a bag of dehydrated orange slices. I got to decide upon the mixer. My favourite alcohol I selected was the Irish Moonshine.
I'll be back next time for a cocktail.
