Metcalf Distilleries

Metcalf Distilleries is a family run distillery in the mountains of Molesworth Tasmania.

Situated at the mouth of the Derwent Valley outside Hobart, Metcalf Distilleries produce innovative sustainable spirits including Sloe Gin, Elderflower, Cherry, and Botanical gins. As far as possible native plants grown and foraged on the property are used.

The Wyre Coille whisky is distilled with water from the spring fed WyreCoille (Wyre Forest) creek united with the finest Tasmanian barley and aged in a range of fortified oak barrels in the wild fresh mountains of Southern Tasmania.
