During the event indulge in a specially curated menu by Bille & Brie, crafted to pair with these unique whiskies and showcasing fresh Tasmanian produce. Hear from co-founders, makers and owners of Derwent Distillery Robbie and Emma Gilligan, about their journey so far, the unique methods used to make their whisky release and their plans for the future. Public launch is Wednesday the 19th of February but guests will have the first opportunity to taste and take home a bottle of this limited release.
